Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix gochujang, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and salt.
- Add broccoli florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spread broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and slightly charred.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of gochujang to suit your spice preference. Experimenting with other vegetables can also enhance the dish.
