Ingredients
- 5 cup (120 ml) olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped

- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh oregano
- 1 (4 pound (1.81 kg)) chicken, cut into pieces
Instructions
- Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and oregano in a glass container. Submerge the chicken pieces in this blend; cover and keep in the fridge to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
