Description

A delightful low-carb bread made with Greek yogurt and almond flour, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. If desired, add garlic powder and onion powder.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then add them to the dough, mixing well.
  5. Grease a loaf pan and pour the mixture into it, smoothing the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing. Enjoy as toast or in sandwiches.
