A delightful low-carb bread made with Greek yogurt and almond flour, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. If desired, add garlic powder and onion powder.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then add them to the dough, mixing well.
- Grease a loaf pan and pour the mixture into it, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing. Enjoy as toast or in sandwiches.
