Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb (225 g) beef tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) zesty Italian dressing
  • 12 slices beef bacon
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) cream cheese
  • 12 slices pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) seasoning salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Slice the beef tenderloin into 12 long pieces. Mix them with the zesty Italian dressing and let them marinate in the fridge for an hour.
  2. Prepare a grill by setting it to medium heat and lightly coating the grate with oil.
  3. Place a piece of beef on top of a slice of bacon. At one end, add a small amount of cream cheese and a slice of pickled jalapeño. Roll it up and secure with a skewer. Repeat this process with the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle wraps with your preferred amount of seasoning salt.
  4. Grill the wraps for 10 minutes, then flip them and keep cooking until the bacon is crispy.
