Ingredients
- 1/2 lb (225 g) beef tenderloin
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) zesty Italian dressing
- 12 slices beef bacon
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cream cheese
- 12 slices pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) seasoning salt to taste
Instructions
- Slice the beef tenderloin into 12 long pieces. Mix them with the zesty Italian dressing and let them marinate in the fridge for an hour.
- Prepare a grill by setting it to medium heat and lightly coating the grate with oil.
- Place a piece of beef on top of a slice of bacon. At one end, add a small amount of cream cheese and a slice of pickled jalapeño. Roll it up and secure with a skewer. Repeat this process with the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle wraps with your preferred amount of seasoning salt.
- Grill the wraps for 10 minutes, then flip them and keep cooking until the bacon is crispy.
