- 25 ml ground cinnamon (1/4 tsp)
- 5 ml ground sage (1/2 tsp)
- 15 ml maple syrup (or 15 ml honey) (1 tbsp)
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- In a bowl, measure the ground beef. Scatter all the powdered spices evenly over it. Blend thoroughly. Pour the maple syrup and apple cider vinegar on top and mix until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into balls, then press them into patty forms. For best results, let the patties rest for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Cook on a skillet over medium heat, turning once, until they are fully cooked through.
