Ingredients
- 1 cup seitan, sliced
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the seitan strips and cook until lightly browned.
- Stir in the bell peppers and cook until they are tender.
- Mix in the soy sauce, ground black pepper, paprika, and salt.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
