Description

A vibrant and savory vegan pepper steak made with seitan and fresh vegetables, delivering comfort and flavor for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup seitan, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the seitan strips and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in the bell peppers and cook until they are tender.
  5. Mix in the soy sauce, ground black pepper, paprika, and salt.
