Ingredients
- Red pepper hummus
- Edible eyes (2)
- Cherry tomato
- Large pretzels (2)
- Spinach & artichoke dip
- Sliced olives
- Full olive
- Half of a red pepper
- Mini mozzarella balls
- Onion dip
- Chopped olives
Instructions
- Prepare the red pepper hummus in a bowl. Add the edible eyes and place a cherry tomato gently on top for Rudolph’s nose. Use two large pretzels as his ears.
- Mix the spinach & artichoke dip. Use sliced olives for eyes, a full olive as a nose, and shape a mouth and hat with half of the red pepper. Add mini mozzarella balls on top.
- Arrange the onion dip in a bowl and add olives for eyes. Decorate with chopped olives for a festive look.
