Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill, optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a little flesh to make room for the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper. Optionally add a squeeze of lemon juice for flavor.
- Gently mix until well combined.
- Spoon the tuna mixture into the avocado halves.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately as a snack or lunch.
