Description

A delightful appetizer combining creamy avocado, protein-packed tuna, and perfectly cooked eggs for a flavor-packed experience.


Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g canned tuna (drained)
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Pinch of salt
  • Parsley for decoration
  • Paprika for decoration


Instructions

  1. Cook the eggs to hard-boiled (9 minutes after boiling).
  2. Cool them under cold running water.
  3. Shell and cut the hard-boiled eggs in half.
  4. Peel and pit the avocado.
  5. Combine the mashed avocado, drained tuna, mayonnaise, and hard-boiled egg yolks.
  6. Mash the mixture with a fork to blend everything together.
  7. Taste the mixture and add a pinch of salt if needed.
  8. Spoon or pipe the mixture over the halved egg whites.
  9. Decorate with fresh parsley and a dash of paprika.

Notes

Choose ripe avocados for optimal creaminess. Adjust the mayonnaise according to your taste.
