Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until evenly distributed through the dough.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
