A quick and flavorful stir-fry packed with the bold tastes of Thai basil, garlic, and chilies, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups Thai basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 Thai bird chilies, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Steamed rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and chopped chilies; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add Thai basil leaves and cook until just wilted.
- Serve hot over steamed rice.
