Ingredients

- 3 cups (720 ml) cooked brown or sushi rice
- 1 cup (240 ml) edamame
- 1 cup (240 ml) shredded cabbage
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Optional: Sriracha-mayo drizzle, sesame seeds

Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger, then coat the salmon with this mixture.
- Roast the salmon for 12–15 minutes, brushing it once during cooking, until it becomes glossy and tender.
- Arrange the rice, edamame, cabbage, and cucumber in serving bowls.
