  • – 28 ounce (793 g) can crushed tomatoes undrained
  • – 4 ounce (113 g) can diced green chilies
  • – 15 ounce (425 g) can kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • – 15 ounce (425 g) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • – 17 ounce (482 g) can corn, drained
  • – 2 cups (480 ml) low-sodium beef broth
  • – Tortilla chips, or fritos
  • – sour cream
  • – shredded cheese
  • – green onions, chopped
  • – avocado, chopped
  • – hot sauce
  • – fresh cilantro


Instructions
