Description

Delicious sweet potato rounds topped with creamy Brie, tangy cranberries, and crunchy pecans, perfect for gatherings and festive occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberries (dried or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes into thin rounds and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until tender.
