Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the pan and sear until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
