  • 25 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s honey
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s chopped fresh ginger root
  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s chopped garlic
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Start by assembling all the necessary components.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, hot sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic by whisking them together; set this mixture aside.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken strips lightly with salt and pepper.
