Description

A comforting plate of warm meatballs draped in a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of store-bought meatballs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the flour and whisk for about 1 minute.
  3. Gradually pour in the beef broth while continuing to whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the store-bought meatballs to the sauce and cook until heated through.
  7. Serve the meatballs with the creamy sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a richer sauce, gradually incorporate the heavy cream after the beef broth. You can also experiment with herbs like thyme or dill for added flavor.
