Description

A vibrant salad made with sugar-free Jello and fresh fruits, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of sugar-free Jello (any flavor)
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 2 cups of assorted fresh fruits (pineapple, mandarin oranges, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 cup of whipped topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar-free Jello in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and mix well.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then fold in the assorted fresh fruit.
  4. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
  5. Top with whipped topping if desired and serve.

Notes

Experiment with different Jello flavors and serve in individual cups for an elegant touch.
