A refreshing Strawberry Sorbet made from fresh strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice, perfect for summer days.
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water; heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Stir in the strawberry puree and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it’s fully frozen and fluffy.
- Serve in bowls and enjoy your refreshing summer dessert!
Notes
For an extra depth of flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract or other fruits like mangoes or blueberries.
