Ingredients
- 4.6 ounces Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 6 ounces Strawberry Jello Package
- 3 cups Water
- 16 ounces Cool Whip (thawed)
- 10 ounces Mini Marshmallows
- 2 cups Strawberries
Instructions
- Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, strawberry jello mix, and water in a medium saucepan.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill and firm up for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
- After chilling and thickening, use a handheld mixer to beat the mixture until creamy.
- Finally, fold in the Cool Whip, marshmallows, and strawberries using a rubber spatula.
Notes
Ensure Cool Whip is fully thawed before using. You can experiment with different fruits like blueberries or raspberries for added flavor.
