Description

A vibrant and sweet Strawberry Jello Fluff Salad that combines fruity flavors with creamy textures, perfect for potlucks and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4.6 ounces Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 6 ounces Strawberry Jello Package
  • 3 cups Water
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 10 ounces Mini Marshmallows
  • 2 cups Strawberries


Instructions

  1. Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, strawberry jello mix, and water in a medium saucepan.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill and firm up for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  5. After chilling and thickening, use a handheld mixer to beat the mixture until creamy.
  6. Finally, fold in the Cool Whip, marshmallows, and strawberries using a rubber spatula.

Notes

Ensure Cool Whip is fully thawed before using. You can experiment with different fruits like blueberries or raspberries for added flavor.
