Ingredients
- 1 package of taco-shaped cookies or pastry shells
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping (made from crushed strawberry shortcake ice cream bars or similar)
- Chocolate drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Gently mix in the diced strawberries.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the taco-shaped cookies or pastry shells.
- Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping over the filled tacos.
- Drizzle with chocolate if desired.
