Description

Delightful taco-shaped cookies filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with fresh strawberries and a crunchy layer.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of taco-shaped cookies or pastry shells
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping (made from crushed strawberry shortcake ice cream bars or similar)
  • Chocolate drizzle (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
