Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with 1/4 cup of brown sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
- Spread the strawberries evenly in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
