Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp milk (as needed)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder until evenly combined.
- Add softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
- If the dough feels too dry, gradually add 1-2 tablespoons of milk until you achieve a moldable consistency.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a plate lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the protein balls to set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
