Description

These guilt-free Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a delicious and nutritious snack that combines the flavors of strawberries and cheesecake in a high-protein treat.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp milk (any kind, as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder together until well combined.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract into the mixture. Stir until everything combines into a cohesive dough.
  3. If the dough feels too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk, one at a time. Mix until you achieve a moldable consistency that allows you to roll the mixture easily.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to set.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Avoid overmixing to prevent a dense texture. Experiment with different freeze-dried fruits for variety.
