Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp milk (any kind, as needed)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder together until well combined.
- Add the softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract into the mixture. Stir until everything combines into a cohesive dough.
- If the dough feels too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk, one at a time. Mix until you achieve a moldable consistency that allows you to roll the mixture easily.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Avoid overmixing to prevent a dense texture. Experiment with different freeze-dried fruits for variety.
