Description

A quick and delightful dessert that combines creamy textures with the sweetness of strawberries, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, and half the melted butter until smooth.
  3. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pie filling.
  5. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle the remaining melted butter over the cake mix.
  7. Add sliced strawberries on top if desired.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving with whipped cream.
