Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, avocado, banana, almond milk, and maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- If you prefer a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again.
- If using protein powder, add it and blend until well combined.
