Description

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sugar to taste (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract; mix well. Adjust sweetness with sugar if needed.
  2. Add the sliced strawberries to the mixture and gently fold to coat the strawberries.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Choose ripe but firm strawberries to maintain texture. For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
