A comforting dish of creamy ground beef pasta that combines tender rotini pasta with rich ground beef and a luscious cheddar cheese sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

- Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.
- Sprinkle in paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to coat the beef and veggies.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the rotini pasta, cover, and let simmer on medium-low heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender.
- Once cooked, pour in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
