Ingredients

  • 8 ounces noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 1 pound beef (flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli and bell peppers, and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

To achieve the best results, ensure noodles are cooked al dente and adjust sauce flavors to personal preference.
