Description

Sticky Beef Noodles are a delightful blend of tender beef and smooth noodles, all coated in a sticky, savory sauce that brings warmth and comfort to any meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (like egg noodles or udon)
  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
