- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
