Description

A comforting bowl of sticky beef noodles featuring tender beef and flavorful noodles coated in a savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens.
