Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
