- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
