Description

Delicious steak fajitas featuring tender flank steak, vibrant bell peppers, and warm tortillas perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grill the steak for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
