Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the steak for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, grill the sliced peppers and onions until charred and tender.
- Remove steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble by placing sliced steak and grilled vegetables on tortillas, adding any optional toppings.
