Ingredients
- Baguette or Italian bread
- Sirloin or ribeye steak
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- Balsamic glaze or reduction

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill or sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
- While the steak cooks, slice the baguette into about 1/2-inch thick slices. Brush with olive oil and toast in the oven or on the grill until golden brown.
