Ingredients
- – 1 pound (454 g) ground beef
- – 1/4 cup (30 g) bread crumbs
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic salt
- – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) italian seasoning
- – 1/4 cup (25 g) grated alternative cheese
- – 4 alternative cheese cut into 1″ (2.5 cm) pieces
- – black olives sliced
- – 1 pound (454 g) spaghetti noodles
- – 24 ounce (680 g) pasta sauce, use your favorite brand
Instructions
- Set your oven to 375ºF to preheat.
- In a spacious bowl, thoroughly blend the ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic salt, Italian herbs, and grated alternative cheese.
- Form the mixture into 16 meatballs, each about 2 inches, and arrange them in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the alternative cheese into four segments and push one piece into each meatball, allowing the cheese to slightly protrude from the top.
- Place a slice of black olive on each meatball.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- While the meatballs are baking, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and then drain it.
- Combine the cooked pasta with your preferred pasta sauce.
- Serve the spaghetti topped with the monster meatballs.
