Description

A vibrant salad featuring seasoned shredded chicken, colorful veggies, and a creamy Greek yogurt dressing, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup fire-roasted corn
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
