Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.
- Add the sourdough starter and water, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 2-3 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough onto a greased baking sheet into a rectangular shape.
