Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
- Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle the pecan mixture over the batter and then top with the remaining cake batter.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and let cool completely before serving.
