Ingredients
- 1 5.3 oz container low-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup low-fat or full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 green or red apple (chopped into small chunks)
- 1 Tablespoon PB2
- ½ Barebells Salty Peanut bar (chopped into small chunks)
- Drippy peanut butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the low-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt.
- Incorporate the cottage cheese into the bowl.
- Add the chopped apple and PB2 powder.
- Stir the mixture gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Top the bowl with the chopped Barebells Salty Peanut bar.
- Toss once more to ensure even distribution.
- Add a drizzle of drippy peanut butter on top.
- Serve immediately and relish the delightful flavors.
