  • – 2 large Russet potatoes, cut into chunks
  • – 2 cups (480 ml) Mirepoix (diced carrots, celery, and onion), cut into large chunks
  • – 2 cups (480 ml) Beef broth
  • – 14 oz (400 g) can Diced tomatoes
  • – 6 oz (170 g) Tomato paste
  • – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Onion powder
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Garlic powder
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Oregano
  • – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt or more to taste
  • – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper or more to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef until it is browned.
  2. Chop the potatoes and vegetables into big pieces.
