Ingredients

  • 1 (794 g) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 pound (454 g) cubed beef stew meat
  • 1 (432 g) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (425 g) can green beans
  • 1 (425 g) can carrots with juice
  • 1 (425 g) can sliced potatoes with juice
  • 1 (35 g) package beef with onion soup mix
  • salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed tomatoes, beef, corn, green beans, carrots, potatoes, onion soup mix, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker and mix thoroughly.
  2. Set the slow cooker to Low and let it cook for a minimum of 6 hours, adding water if needed.
