Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper to create the dry rub.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker, standing them up if necessary.
- Cook on low for 6 hours until the ribs are tender.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the ribs generously with BBQ sauce.
- Broil the ribs for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
