Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Toast hamburger buns, then spoon the meat mixture onto the buns and serve.
