Description

A classic Sloppy Joes recipe that combines ground beef, vegetables, and a tangy sauce for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
  4. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
