Description

Delicious skillet steak fajitas featuring marinated flank steak, fresh bell peppers, and onions for an interactive dining experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 sliced bell pepper
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let rest, then slice thinly.
  3. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced steak back to the skillet and stir to combine.
  5. Serve with warm tortillas and your choice of toppings.
