Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sliced bell pepper
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas for serving
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let rest, then slice thinly.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced steak back to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Serve with warm tortillas and your choice of toppings.
