- 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Create the bone shapes by inserting both ends of each pretzel stick into the flat side of the small marshmallows.
- Melt the white chocolate chips by placing them in a double boiler over water that is just below boiling.
- Stir regularly until the chocolate chips are fully melted.
- Once the chocolate chips are melted, take the double boiler off the heat source.
- Submerge each pretzel-marshmallow bone in the melted chocolate, then use a fork to lift it out, allowing any extra to drip back.
- Arrange the coated bones on the lined baking sheet and chill them in the fridge for 30 minutes until the chocolate sets. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
