Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with honey, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Spread the whipped ricotta on each toasted baguette slice.
- Top with sliced peaches and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with more honey if desired and serve immediately.
