Description

A delightful summer appetizer featuring fresh peaches atop crispy baguette slices, enhanced by creamy whipped ricotta.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with honey, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the whipped ricotta on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Top with sliced peaches and fresh basil leaves.
  7. Drizzle with more honey if desired and serve immediately.
