Description

A vibrant and refreshing meal featuring grilled shrimp, creamy avocado, and sweet mango salsa, all topped with a zesty lime-chili sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Mango
  • 2 Limes
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 2 cups Rice or grains
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill until cooked through.
  2. Dice the mango and avocado, mixing them in a bowl with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  3. Prepare the lime-chili sauce by mixing lime juice with your preferred chili sauce.
