Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Mango
- 2 Limes
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce
- 2 cups Rice or grains
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill until cooked through.
- Dice the mango and avocado, mixing them in a bowl with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Prepare the lime-chili sauce by mixing lime juice with your preferred chili sauce.
