Description

A simple and delightful sheet pan meal featuring roasted vegetables and savory sausage, perfect for weeknights or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
