Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken breast, cashews, and prepared vegetables.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, minced ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
