Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken breast, cashews, and prepared vegetables.
- In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, minced ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
