  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
